Tamara Dutt is a highly accomplished British fitness professional and competitive athlete with a lifelong passion for sport and performance. Her journey in competitive tennis began at the age of four, leading her to represent local clubs across multiple sports throughout her school years. After being recruited as a national-level athlete to Loughborough University, Tamara cemented her reputation in athletics, consistently placing in the top 10 at over 400 participants in cross-country events, and achieving a remarkable 10k time of 38 minutes.

Tamara holds a Master's in International Relations from Loughborough University and is a YMCA Fit Level 2 & 3 certified personal trainer. She is also certified in nutrition coaching and HIIT coaching, underscoring her comprehensive approach to fitness. Her skill set encompasses personal training and program design, strength and conditioning coaching, client motivation, injury prevention, and group fitness leadership, among many others.

With a career spanning diverse and impactful roles, Tamara has a proven track record of success. As a Private Personal Training Specialist, she delivered thousands of tailored sessions, creating bespoke programs for strength, cardio, flexibility, and nutrition. She also excelled as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at NAS School Dubai, where she designed and delivered programs for students and faculty, significantly enhancing their power, agility, and endurance, notably contributing to the girls' rugby team's competitive performance.

Most recently, Tamara has made her mark as a Coach and Owner of Bootcamps, designing and leading high-profile outdoor bootcamps at prestigious venues including Al Habtoor Hotel and Aprons & Hammers (Palm Jumeirah). She independently launched and managed the logistics, client communication, and on-site execution for these highly successful events.
